Brian Burkhart

Brian Burkhart is a Senior Managing Director for Bridgeway Wealth Partners where he will be responsible for constructing and managing investment portfolios to help clients achieve their financial goals. Prior to joining Bridgeway, Mr. Burkhart was a Senior Portfolio Manager with Avenir Private Advisors. Prior to that, he worked at Merrill Lynch in the Managed Solutions Group where his responsibilities included construction and management of custom investment portfolios for financial advisors and their clients.

Prior to his time at Merrill Lynch, Mr. Burkhart worked for MacKay Shields in the convertible bond department. Prior to that, he worked for Citibank in a portfolio administration role. His financial career began in 1984 on the trading floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, working for Geldermann, Inc., a futures and options firm. Mr. Burkhart graduated from New York University with Honors, majoring in Economics. He holds the FINRA Series 7, 63, & 65 registrations, NY State Insurance License, and is fluent in conversational Spanish. He currently resides in New York City with his wife and three children.
