EB-5 Redeployment Fund

The EB-5 Visa Program is a unique immigration program for foreign nationals to obtain a U.S. green card in return for making a job-creating investment in the United States. As demand has grown for this program and processing times have expanded, EB-5 applicants and their sponsoring Regional Centers (RCs) are challenged with identifying an appropriate qualifying investment for the redeployment of their capital after the initial qualifying investment has completed.
