Shailesh Negandhi

Mr. Negandhi is a Senior Managing Director at Bridgeway Wealth Partners where he provides wealth management services to his clients. He is a seasoned Portfolio Manager with over 17 years of experience working with professionals, executives, business owners and high-net-worth individuals in developing long-term wealth management, retirement, educational and philanthropic strategies based on their financial goals and risk tolerance.

Prior to joining Bridgeway, he was Vice President, Wealth Management at UBS Financial Services for 9 years. Prior to that he worked in similar roles at Morgan Stanley, Citigroup and Smith Barney. Mr. Negandhi was the founder and CEO of Varros Telecom, a telecom software services company, that grew to over $40M in revenues in a few short years under his leadership. Mr. Negandhi served as the Executive Director of TiE, a global non-profit organization for fostering entrepreneurship, where he was responsible for providing mentorship to entrepreneurs and start-ups, and enabling access to Private Equity for mid & small sized companies.

Mr. Negandhi holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology. He holds the FINRA Series 7, 31, 63, & 65 registrations.
